GN 1/1 clear container, 15 cm depth, made of Tritan, graduated. Tritan is a transparent thermoplastic in the copolyester family, Bisphenol A free, it meets the sanitary requirements for food contact. Lightweight and mostly unbreakable. Gastronorm containers are delivered without lid, to be ordered separately.
Industrial dishwasher proof without cracking, resists heat and aggressive detergents, and less likely to break, chip or crack when dropped or used for long time than polycarbonate.
Full transparency that maintains its high quality over time. Temperatures: cold resist to -40°C and heat resists to +90°C. Stackable.

This professional catering equipment can be used for the storage of food and ingredients in the kitchen, for presentation and service in fast-food restaurants or in mass catering. It cannot be used for cooking.
