Our samovars are designed to operate on 230 volts, which is the case for most countries' electrical networks. For countries with 110 V electric network, it will be necessary to use a 110 V /220 V transformer. (not sold by Stellinox).
In addition to these differences in voltage, there may also be variations in the standards for electrical sockets. For example, in France and the UK, even if the voltage of the current (230V) is the same, the differences in the standards for electrical connections mean that it is necessary to bring an adapter when travelling. There are 13 different plug types in the world. In France, the C (two round plugs) and E (two round plugs with a male earth connection) are used. In Great Britain, on the other hand, the G type (square plugs) is used.
Please check the voltage and plug type of the country where the samovar is to be used before ordering. Stellinox does not supply any adapters.
