Stainless steel frying pan with non-stick coating, diameter 28 cm, height 5.5 cm, Grand Gourmet range. Inside diameter at the bottom 21 cm. Total length with the handle 52 cm

18/10 stainless steel, satin finish. Ergonomic hollow tubular handle (handle stays cool). Extra thick base.

Uniform thickness on sides and base. Heat-retaining sandwich bottom (18/10 stainless steel / aluminium / 18/10 stainless steel) for optimum, even heat distribution and retention: concave bottom when cold and flat bottom when hot: 100% heat retention.

This non-stick frying pan is suitable for use on all types of gas, electric, vitroceramic and induction stoves.

Description

We offer the lid Art. 11061-28, which can be used on all Paderno cooking products with a diameter of 28 cm, or the lid Art. 11161-28 with tubular handle (the handle remains cool).

These non-stick pans are available in diameters of 20 cm, 24 cm, 28 cm, 32 cm, 36 cm and 40 cm.

All lids are sold separately.

We do not offer saucepans or frying pans with detachable handles. Lids are always sold separately.
