Thanks to its shape, this stainless-steel bowl/salad bowl meets the requirements of AFNOR standard DF D21-314, so you can use this stainless-steel bowl not only in a traditional oven to heat a dish, but also in a microwave oven by placing the bowl in the middle of the oven and without the lid.
