What is a lunch box?
Lunchbox, or Lunch box, is an English expression, which means meal box, and which has entered today into everyday language, because it has become common to take the meal that we have prepared at home for lunch at the office, the meal outside, the snack... Thus the lunch box allows us to have a balanced meal without spending too much.
We also use the expression bento, which comes from the Japanese culture, and which corresponds to a traditional meal presented in a compartmentalized box, closed, and practical to transport.

Which lunch box should I choose?
First of all, choose a practical and airtight lunch box; if you are carrying a salad with dressing, it is better that your lunch box is really airtight. If your lunch needs to be kept cool and you have a fridge at your workplace, no problem; if not, you should choose an insulated lunch box, or choose to carry your lunch boxes in an insulated bag that will keep your box and its contents cool. Also, to avoid waste, if you have an airtight lunchbox and you haven't finished your meal, you can take the remaining overs home, as long as you keep your lunchbox cool. It is very practical to have a compartment lunchbox: you can separate your different snacks. Some lunchboxes have a divider that can be slid or removed, giving you the choice of the size of the two compartments that you can form as you wish, and you can use the whole lunchbox if you wish by removing the divider.
