Grilled salmon with lemongrass and ginger

Ingredients :

- Salmon fillets

- Fresh lemongrass, finely chopped

Preparation:

Ingredients:

- Beef fillets

Preparation:

Ingredients

- Arborio rice

- Peeled prawns

- Dry white wine

Preparation:

- Melt the butter in a stainless-steel pan, then add the rice and brown.

- Sauté the prawns in another stainless-steel pan until pink and cooked through.

- Stir the cooked prawns into the risotto, then serve with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.

Ingredients

- Lady’s finger

- Mascarpone cheese

- Eggs

- sugar

- Red fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)

- Cold strong coffee

- Cocoa powder

Preparation:

- Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens, then add in the mascarpone.

- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold gently into the mixture.

- Dip the biscuits in the coffee and arrange in stainless steel cups.

- Alternate layers of biscuits and mascarpone cream, adding red fruit between each layer.

- Sprinkle with cocoa powder and refrigerate before serving.
