Availability of items
Orders are proceeded as soon as we receive your payment. If the items are available, your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If the items are not available at the time of your order, your order should be shipped within 10 working days.
In all cases, you will receive an email giving you this information. Do not hesitate to ask us by e-mail if you wish to know the availability of the articles before placing your order at export@stellinox.eu.
For items that are out of stock or on special offer, you can only order the stock that is actually available.
Shipping costs
For a delivery in metropolitan France, you have the choice between a delivery by carrier (DPD) or So Colissimo with La Poste. If your order is large, we can opt for delivery on a pallet. Postage and packaging costs amount 14.90 € HT whether you choose a carrier or La Poste (so colissimo). Shipping costs are free whatever the chosen way of transport for orders over 300 euros VAT excl. goods only.
Any delivery outside metropolitan France, EEC or EXPORT, is made with La Poste. For zone A, shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order, and are displayed at the end of the order, before payment. There is no free shipping. Zone A: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
For other countries where the cost of transport cannot be automatically calculated by our site, you can at the end of the basket ask for a quote and we will be able to make an offer with cost of transport, linked to the weight / volume of the package according to your basket. You will then be able to decide to order or not, depending on the total amount.
Returns
Returns must be requested by e-mail to export@stellinox.eu; if accepted, you will receive a credit note on your account corresponding to the value of the returned goods, which you can use for a future order.
