Your order is processed upon receipt.
Whatever the carrier chosen, you will receive an email with a link to track the delivery of your parclel, post or carrier.
If you have chosen payment by credit card, and if the items of your choice are available, your order is processed and shipped within 24 / 48 hours.
If you have chosen payment by cheque or bank transfer, your order will be processed as soon as your payment has been validated.
We will inform you of the foreseeable delay of your order upon receipt.
If the items are not available at the time of your order, they should be shipped to you within ten working days.
If you wish to know previously the delivery time, we kindly invite you to contact us by e-mail or on the phone, specifying the article numbers and quantities of the items you are interested in, at email@example.com.
Delivery times are given for information purpose only, and without guarantee. These delivery times run from the day of receipt of payment of the order by the buyer and are calculated in working days: from Monday to Friday.
In any event, STELLINOX commits to a maximum delivery time of 30 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). This 30-day period is the deadline by which STELLINOX undertakes to deliver the products. This period is increased in the event of an annual closing period, which is announced on the website.
If this deadline is not respected, the buyer may request cancellation of the order in accordance with the following provisions of article L114-1 of the French Consumer Code.
STELLINOX will reimburse the buyer as soon as possible and no later than 30 days following the date on which this right was exercised. Beyond this period, the sum due will automatically bear interest at the legal rate in force. However, upon STELLINOX's proposal, the buyer may opt for a credit note.
