Your order is processed upon receipt.
Whichever delivery method you choose, you will receive an email with a link to track the delivery of your package, post or carrier.
If you have chosen payment by credit card, and the items of your choice are available, your order is processed and shipped within 24/48 h.
If you have chosen a payment by check or bank transfer, your order will be processed as soon as your payment is confirmed.
We will inform you of the foreseeable delay of your order upon receipt of this order.
If the items are not available at the time of your order, they will be shipped within a period usually found ten business days.
If you would like to know the delay beforehand, you can ask us by mail or by phone by specifying us the references and quantities of the articles which interest you, to email@example.com
Delivery times are purely indicative and without guarantee. These deadlines run from the day of receipt of payment of the order by the buyer and are calculated in working days: Monday to Friday.
In any case, STELLINOX is committed to a maximum delivery period of 30 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). This 30-day period is the deadline for STELLINOX to deliver the products. This period is increased in case of annual closure period, this being announced on the website.
In case of non-compliance with this deadline, the buyer may request the cancellation of the order in accordance with the following provisions of Article L114-1 of the Consumer Code.
STELLINOX will refund the buyer as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the date on which this right was exercised. Beyond this, the sum due will be of full interest producing interest at the legal rate in force. On a proposal from STELLINOX, the buyer can however opt for a credit.
