Fondant funnel, Stainless steel 1 Liter, 1 handle. The stainless steel fondant funnel is designed to insure a constant, regular and precise distribution of creams, coulis or sauces, for an accurate control of doses

It is possible to adjust the height of the central ankle which opens and closes automatically to distribute the liquid: this regulation allows to choose in which speed the liquid passes by. 

The holder for funnel made of steel wire suits for both models (you just have to turn it). It facilitates the filling of the dondant funnel, and allows you to use it in complete safety.
