Braising pan or high casserole

A braising pan or high casserole is a pot used for braising, a type of cooking that involves cooking food in a small amount of liquid over low heat.

This way of cooking is ideal for tough pieces of meat, as the long cooking time breaks down tough connective tissue, making the meat tender and juicy. In addition to meat, braising pans can also be used to cook vegetables, grains and beans.

Stellinox offers a stainless-steel braising pan from the GastroSus collection, available in 9 different diameters, and a 60 cm model from Paderno.

GastroSus stainless steel braising pan made of high-quality stainless steel: Encapsulated aluminium base for better heat distribution, suitable for all types of stoves, induction and ceramic glass.

Reinforced cold handles on plates with multipoint welding. Safe and drip-free pouring thanks to the non-drip pouring rim.

Stellinox also offers a copper and stainless-steel braising pan, available in two diameters, suitable for all types of stoves, including induction and glass-ceramic.

Stellinox also offers a range of quality stainless steel buckets.
