Stainless steel trays for counters

Dishes, all purposes dishes and trays for cold counters in 18% stainless steel or 18/10 stainless steel. The difference between 18% stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel is the nickel content: 18/10 stainless steel contains nickel, which increases its resistance to oxidation. However, 18% stainless steel is quite resistant; if you think you will be using dishes that contain salt or a certain amount of blood that is likely to remain in the dish for a long time, it is better to choose a 18/10 stainless steel dish.
