Samovars

The samovar is a Russian utensil with a kettle section for boiling tea water, which is the lower part of the samovar filled with water; the upper part is the teapot. The teapot has a tea strainer and the water is heated by heating coils. By all accounts, the teapot is an indispensable accessory in hotels, bedrooms and SPAs for enjoying quality teas. It's easy to use.

It has been closely associated with the tea ritual in Russia and the Middle East for centuries. The ancient samovar worked without electricity. Today you can have an electric samovar, which is often made of metal (stainless steel), but can also be made of porcelain (Odette model). Discover the different models with the help of the photos, from classic to avant-garde designs. Antique Russian samovars were often made of copper. They are very popular at auctions. Today, the samovar is widely used by the French, in hotels, tearooms, but also in spas and wellness areas.
