Catering service trays
Stellinox manufactures in France a wide range of catering service trays. A round or rectangular catering service tray, in different sizes, with or without a handle with different resistance levels, which will allow to take or unload the heaviest loads. We even offer a large wide catering service tray 75 cm. For the oval shapes, you will appreciate the elegance of our large fish dishes which are also manufactured in dimensions up to 1 meter, enough to serve the largest tables.
Stainless steel, a warranty for food contact
Stainless steel is a neutral material unlike plastic and complies all food contact standards. With stainless steel, there is no migration of carcinogenic particles to food. Thanks to its structural resistance, it is the only material that makes it possible to make such large dishes while being as thin, of course remaining solid and unbreakable; also resistant to very strong temperatures variations. The dish can easily go from 250 ° to room temperature, then to negative cold.
