How to present breakfast cereals
Serving cereals is one of the most important aspects of a buffet. Presenting cereals in bowls or salad bowls is certainly much more aesthetic, but can pose risks in terms of hygiene or simply the cleanliness of the buffet, since serving with a spoon can lead to these particles (muesli or small flakes) being unintentionally spilled on the buffet or in adjacent salad bowls. The cereal dispenser meets this need by making cereal accessible to everyone, including children, without having to pour a packet or use a spoon.
How a cereal dispenser works
Storage in a transparent cylinder covered by a lid prevents any contact between the customer and the product; the knob makes it easy to safely dispense the right dose of cereal at a constant weight. With capacities ranging from 4.5l to 8l in single and even double dispensers, the cereal dispenser can be loaded in one go for an entire service, even for breakfasts with several dozen place settings. Cereal dispensers also save your catering staff time, as they don't have to refill or clean up around the cereal area. Containers are available in plastic, polycarbonate or SAN.
The cereal dispenser can also dispense other dry foods
Cereal dispenser containers can hold any type of dry food, including rice or coffee beans, pasta (small size, like "coquillettes"), sweets (non-sticky and small size, this works for "Smarties" type sweets).
Some types, which we don't offer at the moment, can even be used in the kitchen or in a supermarket, often on the wall, to store and dispense all dry foods in a targeted manner, thus ensuring order. This type of dispenser replaces the storage box. It's often referred to as a "granola machine".

How to store cereals?
You can also choose other solutions for presenting and storing cereals and dry foods: for example, a display unit with glass containers (bowls) which, thanks to their airtight lids, allow you to store cereals and also present them on a buffet. You can also opt for a cereal display with glass jars; the hermetically sealed, removable jar is practical for storing and tidying cereals.
In each range you'll find different models to successfully display and serve cereals at your breakfast buffet. Whether you choose a single or double cereal dispenser, a triple display that allows you to present three different bowls of cereal, or whether you choose glass or plastic, you'll find a wide range of models from Stellinox.
Make your choice according to the capacity of the cereal dispensers and displays, their dimensions to present dried fruits, oats and all cereals, depending on the space available on your buffet.
