Food scoop black colour, 0.5 L capacity. This food scoop can be used as a confectionery scoop (sweets), ice scoop (fishmongers), flour scoop, ice-cream scoop, self-service bulk food scoop... and more generally in any professional catering activity.
This scoop is made of PA+: composite material, polyamide (nylon 6.6) with glass fibre. Temperature resistance: up to 220°C.
This scoop can be sterilised. Dishwasher safe. These scoops are available in black with other capacities: Art. 12940-10 with 1 L, Art. 12940-02 with 0.25 L and 12940-25 with 2.5 L.
These scoops are also available on our website in beige colour, in polypropylene (food grade plastic) for these 4 volumes.
We also offer on our website a stainless steel food scoop model, in 18/10 quality stainless steel, available in 0.1 L capacity Art. 42609-10, in 0.4 L capacity Art. 42609-15, in 1 L capacity Art. 42609-20, and 1.7 L capacity Art. 42609-23.
