These trays are suitable for presentation in butcher's shops, delicatessens, bakeries, pastry shops, cheese shops, fishmongers and other food shops. They are available in two sizes: 28 x 21 cm and 42 x 28 cm. So you can use them to present meat, but not only that... you can also use them as presentation trays on a buffet.
