Perforated stainless steel grid, on stainless steel feet, dimensions 27 x 17.8 cm, h 1 cm, in 18/10 stainless steel, thickness 1 mm. These stainless steel grids allow you to drain your meals or presentations.

New: this tray is made of one piece, making it easy to clean; the 4 folded angles on the sides raise the tray and its shape fits perfectly into the stainless steel drip tray in which you can set it.

This grid is ideal for draining blood from meat and livers, particularly in cold counters. It is held up by two longitudinal stainless steel brackets (welded feet):
