This set includes the following elements
- a black polystyrene bottom
- a stainless steel tray, 18% quality stainless steel
- two eutectic pads
- a clear SAN lid with black handle
- A silicone strap for closing and transporting the cooled tray.

You can buy additional eutectic pads to renew them and keep refrigeration in your presentation, keeping it cold for around 6 hours, under Art. 499719.
You can use this cooled tray for service and presentation on breakfast buffets, catering buffets, etc.
