Professional rectangular stainless steel gratin dish, dimensions 30 x 21 cm, H 4 cm, capacity 1.7 litres. Made of 0.8 mm thick 18% stainless steel with a standard finish.

This gratin dish is also available in 18/10 stainless steel, thickness 1 mm, polished finish, Art. Nr. 382262.

These rectangular gratin dishes, also known as deep stainless steel trays, are made in Thiers, France by Stellinox.

They can be used for gratins, lasagne, meat and vegetables - in short, for all your recipes in the kitchen!

Description

Stainless steel is a material that can withstand very high temperatures, up to 400°C, which is not the case with ceramic dishes (do not exceed 200°C) and Pyrex (300°C), with the exception of borosilicate glass, which can withstand very high temperatures (up to 1500°C), and porcelain, which can also withstand very high temperatures. Stainless steel should not be used in microwaves.

In this range, Stellinox also offers an oval stainless steel gratin dish with various sizes.
