Our samovars are designed to operate on 230 volts, with an european plug, which is the power supply in most countries. For countries with a 110V electrical network, it will be necessary to use a 110V/220V transformer (not sold by Stellinox).
Please check the electrical voltage and plug format in the country where the samovar will be used before ordering. Stellinox does not supply adapters.
Stellinox provides customer service for Metropolitan France, for all samovars and sells spare parts (not on the website).
You should never leave the samovar without water, and remember to refill it regularly as water evaporates.
