Foie gras and cheese cutter. This foie gras slicer is suitable for blocks of foie gras with a maximum diameter of 10 cm. It enables you to cut regular slices. The cutter has two notches for lifting the board and is made from white polyethylene, a food-safe plastic. It is easy to care for and dishwasher safe.

Made in France.

Please note that this knife is delivered without a spare wire. We offer a pack of five stainless steel wires for cutting foie gras (ref. 000153), which is sold separately, in packs of five wires (one reference corresponds to a pack of five wires), suitable for the foie gras and cheese slicer (ref. 000154, which is sold separately. This is a set of spare foie gras wires; the foie gras guillotine is not sold with spare wires.
