One-piece, stainless-steel cooking spoon, long handle. This is a basting spoon: you can use it to catch and baste the juices from meat, fish and other foods while they're cooking.
You can also use the spoon 'from the side', with an angled spoon model, Art. 11983-38 for left-handers and Art. 11983-37 for left-handers: this angled spoon has a pouring spout.
Capacity: 0.07 L. 3 mm stainless steel. This spoon is NSF approved. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe.
This stainless steel ladle is also available with a short handle, ref. 11982-01.
