Rectangular roasting pan, 40 x 26 cm, with two 18/10 stainless steel tubular handles: the tubular handles stay cool. Aluminium thickness 2.3 mm.

Also known as a roasting bake tray, it is suitable for both gas and electric stoves.

Description

Precautions for aluminium: before using for the first time, wash thoroughly with water and a suitable detergent. After use, clean the products avoiding steel straws and alkaline detergents, which discolour and eat away at aluminium, even if diluted. However, standard scouring sponges are perfectly compatible.

Washing in a dishwasher at a temperature above 35°C may cause stains or marks to form on the surface.
