Description

Like the skimmer, the spider wire skimmer is used in cooking to drain and remove food from the cooking bath. The spider is more commonly used for frying. The end of the spider wire skimmer is not a perforated spoon, like a colander, but a mesh of fine stainless steel wires; depending on the model, the mesh of this professional equipment can be more or less tight.
