This fine-mesh colander is ideal for straining broth; its sieve can also be used to sift flour for making cakes. Its tight mesh prevents small particles of food or ingredients from passing through. Its long ABS (plastic) handle means you can place it safely on a saucepan or salad bowl.
If you choose a large diameter, you can also use it to drain pasta or vegetables after cooking!
