Gastronorm transparent lid GN 2/1 Tritan. This lid is made of Tritan, a transparent thermoplastic from the copolyester family, free from bisphenol A (BPA). It can be used with Art. Nr 14661-20. Hermetic lid ; not watertight.
Resistant to industrial dishwashers without cracking, heat and aggressive detergents, and less likely than polycarbonate to break, chip or crack when dropped or used for long periods.
This 2/1 GN gastronorm container’s lid is fully transparent and retains its high quality over time. Hermetic lid, not watertight.
Temperature range: from - 40°C to + 90° C.
This model of food container is very useful in fast food restaurants for storage and preservation, because the transparent Gastronorm containers allow you to see the food without opening the lid. It also make it easier to serve food in mass catering. These Tritan Gastronorm containers cannot be used for cooking. As an accessory, we offer an draining rack adapted to GN 2/1 Tritan GN containers, Art. 14695-00.
