Gastronorm transparent lid GN 1/9 Tritan. This lid is made of Tritan, a transparent thermoplastic from the copolyester family, free from bisphenol A (BPA). It can be used with all the GN 1/9 containers. Hermetic lid ; not watertight.
Resistant to industrial dishwashers without cracking, heat and aggressive detergents, and less likely than polycarbonate to break, chip or crack when dropped or used for long periods.
This 1/9 GN gastronorm container’s lid for GN containers 1/9 is fully transparent and retains its high quality over time. Hermetic lid, not watertight.
Temperature range: from - 40°C to + 90° C.
A transparent lid is available for each size of Gastronorm container.
This model of food container is very useful in fast food restaurants for storage and preservation as the transparent Gastronorm containers allow the food to be seen without opening the lid. They also make it easier to serve food in mass catering. These trays cannot be used for cooking.
