Honey spoon in oiled olive wood, Olive collection. Entirely handmade. Each piece is unique, colour and grain may vary. This natural olive wood honey spoon is ideal for serving honey : it's the traditional material for this spoon, highly prized for its ecological, biodegradable and non-toxic properties. Wooden spoons preserve the taste and benefits of honey. The grooves in this spoon trap the honey in a spiral groove. Dip the spoon vertically, so that the honey remains trapped in the groove, and hold it above the jar for a few seconds to let the excess drip off.
