18/10 stainless steel, satin finish inside and outside. Non-drip rim. Ergonomic hollow tubular handles. Uniform thickness on sides and base. Heat-retaining sandwich bottom (stainless steel/aluminium/stainless steel) for optimal, even heat distribution and retention: concave bottom when cold and flat bottom when hot: 100% heat use.
This pot is suitable for use on all types of stoves, whether gas, electric, vitroceramic or induction.
The lid for this pan, which can be used with all Paderno 20 cm diameter cookware, is available under Art. Nr. 11061-20, or 11161-20 if you prefer a model with a tubular handle (cold handle).
The casserole pot has two handles and the saucepan or sauté pan has one handle. We also offer the stainless steel sauté pan ref. 11008-20 with the same dimensions and capacity.
