Stainless steel sauté pan, diameter 28 cm, height 9.5 cm, capacity 5.8 L.

18/10 stainless steel, satin finish inside and outside. Non-drip rim. Ergonomic hollow tubular handles.

Uniform thickness on sides and base. Heat-retaining sandwich bottom (stainless steel/aluminium/stainless steel) for optimal, even heat distribution and retention: concave bottom when cold and flat bottom when hot: 100% heat use.

This sauté pan is suitable for use on all types of stoves, whether gas, electric, vitroceramic or induction.

The lid for this pot, which can be used with all Paderno 28 cm diameter cookware, is available under Art. Nr. 11061-28.
