Stainless steel trays for counters

The stainless steel difference is the nickel content : a 18/10 steel contains nickel , which enhances its inoxidability . However a 18% stainless steel is quite resistant ; if you think you have preparations with much salt, or blood to stagnate in the dish for long, it is best to choose a 18/10.
