Cleaning your cocktail fountain

Clean the cocktail fountain after each use: unplug the 2 electrical plugs. Empty the contents of the bowl, put in clean water, reconnect only the pump and leave it running for 10 minutes. To clean the inside of the column, simply remove the transparent methacrylate cover (altuglass) and unscrew the Ø 16 cm nut.

After cleaning the cocktail fountain do not forget to put the seal back under the nut and tighten it moderately by hand so as not to damage the seal. The socket to which the pump plug will be connected must have an earth connection.

Cleaning the pump: Before carrying out any work on the pump, switch off the power supply. This magnetic drive centrifugal pump is driven by a synchronous motor. Airtight, it requires limited but important maintenance for proper operation.

The pump is equipped with a small filter that must be cleaned regularly. For cleaning, simply remove the front part and rinse the filter material. To reassemble, proceed in reverse order. The pump must never run dry and can be used with all drinks whose temperature does not exceed 35° C.

Never leave the pump running without liquid in the bowl. The minimum filling level in the stainless-steel bowl is 5 cm. After each use, unplug the 2 electric sockets. Empty the contents of the basin, add clean with water, reconnect only the pump and leave it running for 10 minutes.
