Wood and slate serving board, restaurant rectangular serving board with handle. The tray is made from oiled acacia wood and the board from natural slate (food-grade). This board can be used for tasting cheeses and cold meats at the table or on buffet tables, or at the bar for aperitif platters, tapas, etc. 8 cm handle, 1 cm diameter perforation.

This wood and natural slate serving board is also available in 33 x 20 cm, Art. 402811.

Not dishwasher safe.

Care: Wash the wood boards in soapy water without soaking, sponge dry and leave to air dry.

Description

When there is no longer any trace of moisture, and regularly when it seems dry, coat it with vegetable oil, which will make it even more impervious to bacteria and odours.
