Satin finish inside and outside. Non-drip rim. Tubular (hollow) handles, stay cold. Uniform thickness of stainless steel on sides and base. Sandwich' diffuser base: 18/10 stainless steel, aluminium, 18/10 stainless steel. Base concave when cold and flat when hot: 100% heat utilisation. Perfect for use on all types of stoves : gas, electric, vitroceramic or induction. The lid is available separately, Art. 10161-16, and fits all Paderno cooking appliances with a diameter of 16 cm. You can also choose a stainless steel lid with a tubular handle (cold handle), Art. 11161-16.

These stainless steel stock pots are available in different diameters: 16 cm, 18 cm, 20 cm, 22 cm, 24 cm, 28 cm, 32 cm, 36 cm, 40 cm, 45 cm, 50 cm and 60 cm.
The main difference between a stockpot and a saucepot is generally their size, shape and use: a stock pot is generally larger and deeper than a saucepot. They are often used to cook large quantities of liquids, such as soups, broths or sauces, whereas saucepots are generally smaller and wider than stockpots. A casserole is often used to prepare simmered meals, stews or braised meats.
