Stainless steel sauté pan, diameter 36 cm, height 13 cm, capacity 13 L.

18/10 stainless steel, satin finish inside and outside. Non-drip rim. Ergonomic hollow tubular handles. Loop handle in front of the large handle.

Uniform thickness on sides and base. Heat-retaining sandwich bottom (stainless steel/aluminium/stainless steel) for optimal, even heat distribution and retention: concave bottom when cold and flat bottom when hot: 100% heat use.

This sauté pan is suitable for use on all types of stoves, whether gas, electric, vitroceramic or induction.

The lid for this pot, which can be used with all Paderno 36 cm diameter cookware, is available under Art. Nr. 11061-36.
