Stainless steel paella pan Ø 28 cm height 5.5 cm capacity 3.5 L. Grand Gourmet range

18/10 quality stainless steel. Outside and inside satin polished. Non-drip edge. Hollow tubular stay cool handles in stainless steel, ergonomically shaped.

Uniform thickness in sides and bottoms. Sandwich thermoradiant bottom (stainless steel - aluminum - stainless steel). Concave bottom when cold and flat when hot (100% heat exploiting).

Perfect for use on any type of stove, whether gas, electric, glass ceramic cooking surface or induction stove. All items have an induction suited sandwich bottom.

Description

Stainless steel lid Ø 28 cm sold separately, that can be used on all the Paderno cooking equipment in diameter 28 cm : Art. Nr. 11061-28, or with a tubular stay cool handle, Art. Nr. 11161-28.
